Trattoria di’ Stagione is a joint venture between Bal, owner of Bombay Cuisine, and Chef Dan Chudik. The focus is on the seasonal cuisines of Italy while sourcing local artisanal and imported products. Trattoria di’ Stagione in Italian means “Restaurant of Seasons.”
