How We Research Events and Local Information
We research information from a combination of official venue websites, organizers, municipalities, businesses, ticketing pages, community organizations, local publications, social media and other public sources.
Whenever practical, important details are verified against an official or first-party source before publication.
Because event schedules, restaurant openings, ticket availability, prices and other local information can change, readers should always confirm time-sensitive details with the venue or organizer before attending.
Editorial Standards
Our goal is to help readers find the most useful and interesting local options without burying them in every available listing.
We prioritize accuracy, local relevance, current information and reader usefulness. Events or businesses are not automatically recommended simply because they are paid, promoted or submitted to us.
Sponsored or advertising relationships do not determine our editorial recommendations.
